The knowledgebase contains answers to common questions and details of reported bugs.

If you wish to report a bug that is not in the Knowledgebase, please use the Report A Bug form.

You may also wish to check the product updates for the latest downloads.

Occasionally we will make a download available to fix any outstanding bugs.

If you require support, please submit a Support Request. Our policy is to acknowledge all requests for support within 24 hours.

For simple queries, we aim to provide a solution within 24 hours.

If you are having problems importing your spreadsheet or database and wish us to check your file, send an e-mail to support@pmcs.co.nz, with your spreadsheet or database attached.
